Manage the procurement / distribution, repair of office equipment for the whole company
Buy and distribute stationery
  Managing network, telephone, utility charges …
  Manage clerical work, archives …
  Management, supervision, cafeteria inspection
  Managing cleaning and cleaning work in factories
  Managing legal documents about fire protection, OSH, environment, 5S at the company.

Report periodic / unexpected tasks and difficulties and problems according to functions and tasks to the Industry Leaders as prescribed.


Graduated from University with a degree in Administration, Economics, Business Administration, with a priority in administrative specialization.
  Experience: Having 03 years or more working in the field of administration, personnel in companies, including at least 01 year of experience in a managerial position.
  Office Informatics: Proficient
  Knowledge of administrative professional knowledge
Skills: good communication, problem solving, planning, work assignments
Withstand high pressure of work, have the spirit of market demand, responsibility, honesty and drastic work.
